Here's what to expect:
3 Days and 4 nights in beautiful, sunny San Diego!
Welcome happy hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres to meet your coaches and get to know your fellow retreat dancers!
6 Hours of pole training workshops (2 hours of pole conditioning workshops, 2 hours of pole signature tricks, 2 hours of conditioning training workshops). We will also be having a morning stretch class on the beach!
Nourishing continental breakfast and community dinners
One cooking and nutrition class
Optional pole photoshoot on on the beach!
You'll get to work directly with Stacey and Fran for a pole conditioning and a signature tricks workshop!
We'll be taking you to the gym to go over the benefits of cross-training and show you exactly how to incorporate it into your pole schedule!
You'll be served nutritious meals for breakfast and dinner. You'll also get a cooking class that will teach you how to prepare a protein packed, delicious meal!

Teaching Health and Fitness is My Passion!
I started my pole journey after working in the health & fitness industry for over 25 years.
When I first started pole dancing, I had a hard time balancing my pole training with training off the pole. And there was no one out there who understood my dilemma! So, I put my sports conditioning experience to work and developed the PoleStrong Method of Training. I use foundational pole conditioning exercises along with targeted pole conditioning, and off the pole resistance training to help my students develop a strong, healthy pole body! I've been using this method for myself, and with thousands of clients for over 8 years now, and the results have been incredible.
I'm 54 years old and my body feels better than ever!
It's my goal to help you to help your students build the pole body of their dreams. A body that feels strong, and resists injury from this demanding activity that we love!
Hi, I'm Stacey!
I’ve been a pole dancer, nutrition, and fitness professional for over 14 years. That’s almost half of my life! I had no idea how pole was going to change my life when I walked into that classroom. Now I’ve created a career as a health, fitness, and nutrition professional that specializes in working closely with pole dancers of all levels. I started my pole career in Baltimore, MD working all over the DMV area and eventually making my way across the country. I now live in San Diego, CA teaching both online and in person classes.
My goal is to help you become stronger and confident AF as a pole dancer, athlete, and just as a person living their best life. Pole changed my life and I want to show you how it can change yours!
