What it's like to work with Stacey
"I’ve been training with Stacey for two years now, and she has transformed not only my pole dancing, but also the way I see myself. Pole with her has not only built my strength and skills, but also my confidence and self-love.
Stacey’s coaching style is the perfect mix of encouragement, patience, laughter and challenge—she knows when to push me and is not shy in telling me when I need to slow my roll lolol! 🤣
What I also love, is the heart she puts into her coaching, I don’t feel like I am just another student. She truly cares about us and celebrates every win big or small.🌟
Stacey is not just an incredible teacher—she’s someone I deeply admire and am grateful to have in my life."

Hi, I'm Stacey!
I’ve been a pole dancer, nutrition, and fitness professional for over 16 years. That’s almost half of my life! I had no idea how pole was going to change my life when I walked into that classroom. Now, I’ve created a career as a health, fitness, and nutrition professional that specializes in working closely with pole dancers and professionals of all levels.
I started my pole career in Baltimore, MD working all over the DMV area and eventually making my way across the country. I now live in San Diego, CA teaching both online and in person classes.
My goal is to help you become stronger and confident AF as a pole dancer, athlete, mentor and human living their best life. Pole changed my life and I want to show you how it can change yours!
