We kick the FREE week off on Monday, April 22nd!

Have you been taking your pole strength seriously but seem stuck in a plateau?   

I'm here to free you of all the questions you might have around getting stronger in the air while giving you live workouts and manageable steps to gain momentum to finally reach your goals!  

You will learn: 

  • How to build a pole conditioning program around your specific pole goals.
  • Why cross-training is so important and how to incorporate it into your  pole training routine.
  • How to increase your food to improve your performance and strength. 
  • What you need to shift in order to hit your specific goals.
  • How to listen to body cues to appropriately assess nutrition, stress, and rest/recovery. 
  • Strategies to adapt and continue to reach goals even when life gets crazy. 

We will have TWO live classes and TWO pre-recorded classes throughout the week to help with daily homework to help you stay accountable. The LIVE workouts workouts will happen on:

  • Wednesday (4/24) @ 3pm PST/6pm EST - Pole Conditioning
  • Thursday (4/25) @ 3pm PST/6pm EST - Mobility/Flexibility

Hey, I'm Stacey! 

I’ve been a pole dancer, nutrition, and fitness professional for over 15 years. That’s almost half of my life! I had no idea how pole was going to change my life when I walked into that classroom. Now I’ve created a career as a health, fitness, and nutrition professional that specializes in working closely with pole dancers of all levels. 
I started my pole career in Baltimore, MD working all over the DMV area and eventually making my way across the country. I now live in San Diego, CA teaching both online and in person classes. 
My goal is to help you become stronger and confident AF as a pole dancer, athlete, and just as a person living their best life. Pole changed my life and I want to show you how it can change yours!
