During this 4-part, month long series you'll receive live instruction with personalized feedback from me on a weekly basis so you can prepare your body for the bird of paradise and more intensive tricks.Â
Week 1 (8/2/25)
Anatomy, Training Philosophy, Setting Expectations, Programming Goals
**Everyone will receive a pole tricks planner that will help you account for your cross-training, conditioning, practice time, rest and recovery.**
Week 2 (8/9/25)
Increasing strength with conditioning and understanding different grips.Â
Weekly progress check-ins
Week 3 (8/16/25)
Getting in and out of movement safely while understanding different transitions and patterns.Â
Weekly progress check-ins
Week 4 (8/23/25)
Tips and tricks your handspring, ayesha, and iron-x feel like they can finally stick!
Additional transitions in/out of these tricks
Final progress check-ins and building plans on where to go moving forward
