Strength by Stace was designed for:
Busy folks who love going to community based fitness classes (think Pole and CrossFit) but feel like they have limited time available to make more than a few classes per week.
Folks who feels like they do everything you can in class, but still seem to struggle to make progress with their performance.
Excited to learn, but feel like they don't have the strength to do everything in class.
Want to learn more, but feel like they have limited space and equipment.
Want to implement a home fitness program to become stronger in class, but feels like they don't have time or direction.
Want to build strength, mobility, stamina, and create momentum with their progress.
...If you said yes to any of these, this program is for you!
That being said, this program is NOT for absolute beginners. This is a self-guided program that has some challenging movements (like wall walks!).
Why Shape By Stace?
I started pole dance and CrossFit over a decade ago. Not only was I trying to climb and support my body in the air, I was also pushing through intense classes of heavy lifting, bodyweight movements, and more gymnastics. When I started learning both of these sports, I really didn't have the proper instruction to keep my body strong and healthy while I pushed it towards its limits...on a time crunch.
I was trying to make it to a few pole classes on top of lifting in the gym, being a student, working a full time job, and building a side business. Life was busy but I also wanted to progress in my classes so I could make PR's and learn new tricks!
Shape by Stace was developed as a supplemental program to bridge the gap when life gets crazy. I know exactly how it feels when you feel like you might need to take some time away from class, but don't want to lose all of the hard work you've put in.
These workouts are fast, efficient, and proven to work by real people like yourself.
When you get Shape by Stace, You'll get:
- A 12-week self-paced, home workout program delivered through an easy to use app with video instruction!
- Three workouts per week that only take 30 minutes to complete.
- Stretching suggestions pre and post workout.
- Weekly focuses ranging from movement to nutrition to mindset sent directly to your email to help keep you on target!
Hi, I'm Stacey!
I'm the founder of Stacey Quinn Nutrition and I've been a certified Strength & Nutrition Coach for over a decade!
For as long as I can remember, I loved helping people grow into their true potential. And as I grew up, I began to realize that it all begins with your health. Add in a world of conflicting information, and I knew I had to step in to change things.
My coaching philosophy is backed by science and focused on incorporating strength, nutrition, mindset, and education that you can take with you for the rest of your life.
If you're here, you want a long term solution. Not a quick fix.
Will I be able to do Strength By Stace while I travel?
Will I have access to help if I'm confused?
Are there modifications if I have an injury?
What is the time commitment?
Will I receive feedback?
How advanced is Strength By Stace?
What if I don't do CrossFit or Pole Dance? Can I still do this program?
Will this be released again?
"I gained a lot of confidence in my body from increased flexibility and stamina! It made me aware of nutritional value to fuel my body to combat fatigue and soreness."
"I really enjoyed how it progressed in intensity. The emphasis on shoulder and leg endurance was great! Very important for those long routines and maintaining control in the WODs. Plus working the big joints - shoulders and hips - in ALL angles is huge! Rotational and lateral movements are usually lacking in normal strength training."
I love the ease to do these workouts at home and that they are not intimidating to start. I really liked how they boosted my mood every time i did them. I also really loved how the workouts targeted muscles and the simplicity of them (even though they were extremely challenging, they were still relatively simple if that made sense at all).
